Exactly the info I was looking for, because we are trying to hire new call centers for our clients' lead generation needs. Know anybody to recommend? Well, a lot to ponder about. Btw, I find it interesting that the contact center and telemarketing industry was pioneered in America (arising out of a need to centralize customer care operations to save costs in the eighties), and these days it looks like India and South America apparently pooled the blanket towards their territories and became major business process outsourcing geo cluster. In the past companies used call centers to differentiate themselves from competitors with excellent customer care, in the hope that addressing customer concerns timely and efficiently would increase brand loyalty. And now those that don't use outsourced tele centers seem to be black swans. Anyways, great post. Thank you.
