Hastings Wins Fourteenth Award of Excellence

Hastings Communication Services was presented the Award of Excellence this afternoon at a ceremony held at the Grand Hyatt in San Antonio, Texas. The ceremony was hosted by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI) as the closing event of its 2011 Annual Conference.

The prestigious Award of Excellence is presented annually to companies who show a commitment to outstanding customer service. The award follows a series of “mystery” calls placed to the service; the the calls are evaluated by a panel of independent judges, and only those firms who show a consistently high level of service along four stringently measured dimensions are considered for the award.

Mark Hastings – who was honored with the ATSI Hall of Fame award only two days before – and Scott Hastings accepted the Award of Excellence from ATSI Board President Michael Fultz.

This award marks the fourteenth consecutive Award of Excellence held by Hastings.

“We couldn’t be more proud to win this award,” said Scott Hastings. “This endorses the tremendous effort our agents make to treat every call with excellent care.”
